Title: Tandoori Chicken

6 | -8 chicken breasts, skinned and boned | |
16 | oz | Nonfat yogurt |
1 | tb | Ground cumin |
2 | ts | Black pepper |
1 | ts | Ground cinnamon |
1/2 | ts | Ground cloves |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
2 | ts | Paprika |
1 | ts | Curry powder |
Place chicken in baking dish. Pierce in several places. Set aside. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over chicken, coating well. Cover and chill 2 hours to overnight. Preheat broiler. Broil chicken pieces 5-6 inches from heat, turning occasionally, approximately 6 minutes per side, until cooked through Source: 1001 Home Ideas/Alison Meyer Note: The marinade freezes well. For a smaller number of servings, use only the amount needed and put the rest in the freezer in similar portions to what you will use (ex., enough for 2 chicken pieces.)
