Title: Guinness Cheesecake

Yield: 1 Cake
2 | pk | Of cream cheese (8 oz.) |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
1/2 | c | White sugar |
1/4 | Guinness Extra Stout | |
1/2 | ts | Cinnamon. |
I mixed this all up, but it seemed a little thin, so I added
2 tbsp of flour (it may need more, and finally) 2 eggs.
I poured this into a 'nilla wafer crust, but I suggest you use a springform pan because it will rise.
Bake at 350 F for about 40 minutes.
It tastes pretty good, but it doesn't hold together all that well. Next time I'll try an extra egg.
Have fun!
The cheesecake comes out a pale tan. You might be able to mix it with a chocolate cheesecake mix for a "black and tan".
