Title: Creamsicle Pie

Yield: 1 Pie
Mix: 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk, 4 egg yolks, 1/2 cup orange juice and 1 tbsp grated orange rind (I used fresh). Pour into a grahm cracker crust. (I use store bought) Bake in a PREHEATED 325 oven for 35 minutes (like a typical cheesecake, check with a knife or toothpick) Mix 3 oz of softened cream cheese, 1/3 cup of powdered sugar, 1/4 cup of sour cream, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract together until smooth. When pie is done, remove from oven and top the pie with the other mixture. Return the pie to the oven and bake for 10 more minutes. Cool. Serve chilled. Enjoy!
