Title: Baloo's Hot Cheese and Nutmeg Bread

Yield: 3 Loafs
800 | g | Flour |
1/2 | dl | Honey |
100 | g | Yeast (fresh) |
50 | g | Butter |
5 | dl | Water |
800 | g | Sharp Cheese* - grated |
20 | Piri-Piri (dry) - grated | |
1 | Nutmeg |
* - use sharp (>20 months) Cheddar, Herrgardsost or Vaesterbottenost.
Put the flour in a bowl and mix with grated nutmeg and piri-piri. Mixthe water with honey and heat to 40 degrees Celsius, add the yeast. Pour the water/honey/yeast mix into the bowl and knead to a dough. Add more flourif needed. Add grated cheese and knead until it is mixed into the dough.Let it rise in a warm place for 15 minutes. Knead the dough again and divide it in 3 parts. Make 3 tin loafs an let them rise for 30 minutes. Bake at 225 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
