| 6 l | g Mangoes |
| 2 c | Vinegar |
| 2 s | m Onions |
| 2 c | Sugar |
| Pi | ckling spice tied in a bag |
| 1 c | Sultanas |
| 2 t | s Salt |
| 1 t | b Powdered ginger |
Recipe by: Mrarchway@aol.com Peel and chop mangoes into small pieces. Bring
mangoes to a boil with vinegar. When boiling add remaining ingredients.
Simmer about 2 hours until the mixture browns. Stir to prevent scorching.
Remove spice bag and pour into hot clean jars. By
