3 | tb | White-wine vinegar |
1 | tb | Honey |
1 | Garlic clove; finely chopped | |
1 | tb | Hot pepper flakes |
1 | ts | Ground cumin |
1 | ts | Dried thyme |
1 | ts | Coarse black pepper |
1 | ts | Paprika |
In a bowl, combine dry mustard and flour. Gradually stir in 1/4 cup cold
water; let stand 15 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly.
