1	c	Applesauce; hot
1/2	ts	Cinnamon
1	c	7-up, or red-pop or gingerale
1	sm	Red jello ( any flavor)
1	ts	Lemon juice
1/3	c	Nuts; chopped
1/3	c	Raisins
1/3	c	Apples; chopped
