Title: Pork and Vegetable Alfredo

1/2tsVegetable oil
1cSliced mushrooms
1cChopped broccoli
1/3cChopped onion
2cHot cooked fresh fettuccine
  (about 4 oz uncooked pasta
1/3cThinly sliced Apricot-
  Glazed Pork Roast (about 3
  Ounces)
 dsSalt
1/8tsPepper
1/2cBottled light alfredo sauce

Heat oil in large nonstick frypan on med-high heat. Add mushrooms, broccoli and onion; saute 5 minutes or until tender. Add fettuccine, pork, salt and pepper saute 2 minutes.
