Title: Blue Buck Cakes

Yield: 1 Recipe

1cAM Blue Cornmeal
1cAM Buckwheat Flour
3/4tsSea salt (optional)
1 1/2tbNon-alum baking powder
2cMilk or soymilk
1 1/2tsUnrefined Vegetable Oil
1/2cBlueberries

Mix dry ingredients and liquids separately. Stir mixtures together just until lumps disappear. Pour batter onto hot, oiled griddle, turning once. Serve hot with your favorite sweetener.
