1 | md | Bell pepper; chopped |
1 | lb | Stewed tomatoes; OR... |

Mix all ingredients in an oiled 9 x 13 baking dish. Cover tightly with aluminum foil or tight fitting baking dish lid. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 F. or until squash is tender.
