Title: Wheat Free Pie Crust
Categories: Lowgluten
Yield: 1 Pie crust
1 | c | AM Barley Flour OR- other flour |
1/4 | c | Oil; preferably cold |
3 | tb | Cold water |
Mix all ingredients well. Press into pie plate with fingers. Prick with fork. For precooked crust, bake at 350 F. for 20 to 25 minutes.
