1 | Deep dish frozen pie crust | |
5 | lg | Eggs |
1/2 | c | Ricotta |
1/2 | c | Grated cheese |
3 | Sausage links (skinned, cooked and drained well) | |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Pre-bake pie shell. Place sausage on bottom of crust. Blend eggs and cheeses and seasoning. Pour over sausage and bake 350 for 45 min or until center is almost firm.
