6tbOlive oil
1tbPaprika
4 Green onions, chopped
4tbCreole style mustard
2tbVinegar
1/2tsWhite pepper
1/2tsSalt
2 Ribs celery, chopped fine
  Chopped parsley to taste
1/4 Hd. lettuce, shredded
2lbShrimp,boiled,cleaned,cold
2 Hard cooked eggs, chopped>>>
  Keep white & yolk separate.

Combine all ingreds., except lettuce, eggs and shrimp. Chill. Place shrimp on plate of shredded lettuce. Pour remoulade over shrimp and garnish with eggs.
