1 | tb | Paprika |
4 | | Green onions, chopped |
4 | tb | Creole style mustard |
2 | tb | Vinegar |
1/2 | ts | White pepper |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
2 | | Ribs celery, chopped fine |
| | Chopped parsley to taste |
1/4 | | Hd. lettuce, shredded |
2 | lb | Shrimp,boiled,cleaned,cold |
2 | | Hard cooked eggs, chopped>>> |
| | Keep white & yolk separate. |
Combine all ingreds., except lettuce, eggs and shrimp. Chill. Place
shrimp on plate of shredded lettuce. Pour remoulade over shrimp and garnish
with eggs.
