1 Lg. onion chopped
2tbPeanut oil
2lbRough ground beef brisket
2cStewed tomatos
1 1/2cTomato sauce
1tsMolasses
1tbGround cumin
2tsPaprika
1c(12oz.) beer
3 Cloves garlic crushed
5tbHOT chili powder
1tsSalt to taste
2tbCayenne flakes (min. 2 Tblsp
2tbMasa harina
1ozTequila 150 proof

Saute' the onion & garlic in the oil. Add the meat and saute meat is browned. Add all remaining ingredients except the Tequila & cook for 1 hour 15 minutes. When you serve it pour the 150proof Tequila over the top of the chili in the
