1 1/2 | c | Tomato sauce |

1 | tb | Ground cumin |
2 | ts | Paprika |
1 | c | (12oz.) beer |
3 | | Cloves garlic crushed |
5 | tb | HOT chili powder |

1 | oz | Tequila 150 proof |
Saute' the onion & garlic in the oil. Add the meat and saute meat is
browned. Add all remaining ingredients except the Tequila & cook for 1 hour
15 minutes. When you serve it pour the 150proof Tequila over the top of the
