Title: Fiesta Onion Dip

Yield: 6 Servings

1 Jumbo Vidalia onion, chopped (with green tops if in season)
2mdVidalia onion, chopped (with green tops if in season)
3tbSliced black olives
3tbChopped green chili peppers
1lgTomato, peeled or chopped OR
2mdTomatoes, peeled or chopped
3tbOlive oil
1 1/2tsWine vinegar
1/8tsCumin
1dsWorchestershire sauce
1dsTabasco sauce
  Salt and pepper to taste

Combine the above ingredients and chill well. Serve with corn chips.
