1 | md | Onion, chopped |
1 | Green pepper, chopped | |
2 | cn | RO*TEL Dice Tomatoes and Green Chilies (10 oz) |
1 | cn | Tomato puree (15 oz) |
1 | cn | Tomato sauce (8 oz) |
1 | pk | Chili seasoning (1 1/4 oz) |
Cook ground beef, onion and pepper in a large stock pot until meat is browned. Drain excess drippings. Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes 8 servings.
