1 | pk | (4-serving size) JELL-O Brand Lemon Flavor Sugar- Free Gela |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1 | c | Boiling water |
1/4 | ts | Dried tarragon leaves, crushed (optional) |
3/4 | c | Cold water |
1 | tb | Lemon juice |
1 | c | Finely chopped cooked turkey breast |
1/2 | c | Seedless grapes, halved |
1/2 | c | Finely chopped celery |
Completely dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water; stir in tarragon. Add cold water and lemon juice. Chill until slightly thickened. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Spoon into 3 individual plastic containers (for brown bagging) or serving dishes. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Makes 3 cups or 3 entree servings.
