1smHead bibb lettuce;
4 Green onions; sliced
4 Leaves escarole;
1smBunch of chicory;
1/4cRed pepper Dressing;

Trim greens and rinse in cool water. Spin or pat dry and tear into bite-size pieces. In a salad bowl, combine all ingredients with dressing and toss to coat.
