3 | tb | Soy sauce; |
1/4 | c | Dry white wine; |
2 | ts | Sherry extract; |
1 | tb | Dijon mustard; |
1/8 | ts | Garlic powder; |
2 | ts | Vegetable oil; |
Combine marinade ingredients and pour over chops. Marinate several hours or overnight. Broil or grill, turning occasionally and basting until done to taste.
