Title: Fresh Green Salad

Yield: 8 Servings
2 | pk | Gelatin; unflavored; (2 tb.) |
1/2 | c | Water; cold |
1 | c | Water; boiling |
2 | tb | Lemon juice; |
2 | tb | Sugar; |
1/4 | ts | Salt; |
8 | oz | Onion salad dressing; |
1 1/2 | c | Spinach; raw; chopped |
1 1/2 | c | Celery; chopped |
1/2 | c | Radishes; chopped |
2 | tb | Green onions; chopped |
Soften gelatin in cold water in a medium bowl; add boiling water and stir until dissolved. Stir in lemon juice, sugar, and salt. chill until slighlty thickened.
Combine salad dressing with remaining ingredients; gently fold into gelatin. Spoon into a 6-cup mold, and chill until firm.
