1/4 | c | Miracle whip salad dressing* |
1/2 | c | Fresh carrot; shredded |
1/2 | c | Celery; |
1/2 | c | Zucchini; |
1/4 | c | Radishes; shredded |
2 | Pita breads; halved | |
4 | sl | Process cheese;* cut in half |
*Low-fat cheese and low-fat salad dressing. Make it work.
Mix salad dressing and vegetables. Fill pita halves with vegetable mixture and cheese slices. Makes 4 halved pitas.
