1 1/2 | c | Green beans; sliced, steamed |

1/4 | c | Red onion; diced |
1/4 | c | Pimentos; diced |
1/4 | c | Parsley; chopped |
2 | tb | Natural rice vinegar; |
1 | tb | Lemon juice; |
4 | ts | Olive oil; |
1/4 | ts | Each salt; |
Freshly ground pepper; | ||
Lettuce leaves |
1. In salad bowl combine all ingredients, except lettuce. Chill
