Title: Picnic Zucchini Bean Salad

Yield: 5 Cups
3 | sm | Zucchini, sliced |
3/4 | c | Chopped green pepper |
1/2 | c | Chopped onion |
15 1/2 | oz | Kidney beans, rinsed and drained |
1/4 | c | Vegetable oil |
3 | tb | Vinegar |
1 1/2 | ts | Garlic salt |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
