Title: Zesty Orange Salad
Categories: Diabetic Salad Fruit Vegetable Vegetarian
Yield: 2 Servings

2 Oranges, peeled, sliced thin
1smOnion, sliced thin
2tsVegetable oil
1tbCider vinegar
1/8tsChili powder
  Lettuce leaves

Combine all ingredients except lettuce leaves in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. Toss before serving on the lettuce leaves.
