Title: Blue Cheese Walnut Spread

1 | pk | Unflavored gelatin |
1/4 | c | Cold water |
1/2 | c | Boiling water |
1/2 | c | Sour cream |
1/3 | c | Milk |
1 | tb | Lemon juice |
1 | ts | Worcestershire sauce |
4 | oz | Blue cheese crumbled |
1 | pk | (8-oz) softened cream cheese |
1/2 | c | Walnuts |
In blender, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over cold water; let
stand 3-4 minutes. Add boiling water and process at low speed
until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes. Add
sour cream, milk, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce and
cheeses; process at high speed until blended. Add walnuts and
process at low speed 5 seconds. Pour into 7 1/2 x 3 3/4 x 2 1/4
inch loaf pan or 4 c bowl; chill until firm. Unmold onto
lettuce-lined platter and serve, if desired with crackers,
party=size breads and fruits.
