1/2tsSalt
MIX,THEN STIR WELL W/"PASTE
1tsRice vinegar
1tsChilli oil;
1/4tsSesame oil
3tbDark soy
GARNISH
1 Scallions cut into 1/3" sections

Comment: An excellent spicy dip for those Dim Sum & other appetizers

Preparation: Can be prepared hours in advance and refrigerated - Prepare "sauce mix" then combine w/ "garlic paste' - Garnish w/ scallion sections - Makes enough for at least 20 Dim Sum
