Enchance your homemade bread's flavor with a flavored butter. This butter
will keep for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator or for 1 month in the
freezer.
Start with softened butter or margarine - with an electric mixer, beat in
chopped, canned, roasted sweet red peppers or pimiento and the minced
garlic. Stir again before serving.
