Title: Beer and Cheese Spread

Yield: 2 Cups
2 | c | Sharp Cheddar cheese shredded |
1 | ts | Worcestershire sauce |
1/2 | ts | Dry mustard |
1 | sm | Clove garlic, minced |
1/2 | c | Butter (to 2/3 cup) |
Assorted crackers or rye bread crumbs |
Have cheeses at room temperature. Combine cheeses, Worcestershire, mustard, and garlic. Beat in enough beer to make of spreading consistency. Serve at room tempearture with crackers or rye rounds.
