Title: Garlic Dip for Artichokes

Yield: 1 Cup
4 | Garlic cloves, pressed | |
1 | tb | Oregano or tarragon, opt |
1 | tb | Lemon juice |
1 | c | Mayonnaise or olive oil |
Blend garlic, oregano, and lemon juice with mayonnaise in small dish. Add salt to taste, if desired. Serve in dipping cups with steamed artichokes.
