4lbMature green mangoes
1lgOnion
8ozGreen gingerroot, peeled
2 Garlic cloves
3lbBrown sugar
2ozYellow chili peppers
3tsSalt
4cVinegar
2lbCurrants
2lbRaisins

Force magoes, onion, gingerroot and garlic through food chopper, using coarse blade. Add remaining ingredients and let stand overnight. Bring to a boil and boil rapidly until thick. Pour into hot sterilized pint jars, and seal. Makes about 8 pints Recipe by: Woman's Day Encyclopedia of Cookery
