Title: Salsa Satanica (Satan's Seafood Sauce)

1 | c | Butter, unsalted |
1 | c | Ketchup |
2 | tb | Worcestershire sauce |
2 | tb | Onions; crushed |
2 | tb | Vinegar, tarragon |
1 | ts | Salt, garlic |
4 | ts | Salsa De Habanero (Recipe) |
1/2 | c | Brandy |
HEAT SCALE = MEDIUM |
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add ketchup, worcestershire, onion, vinegar, garlic salt and habanero sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add the brandy and simmer 5 more minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Served in Buenos Aires restaurants, also called fisherman's sauce, serve it over any kind of seafood. MM and upload by DonW1948@aol.com / HSLD
