8 | c | Salad greens, torn |
2 | c | Strawberries, sliced |
3 | Kiwifruit, coarsley chopped | |
1 | Avocado, bite-size pieces | |
2 | c | Fresh blueberries |
POPPY SEED DRESSING | ||
1/3 | c | Olive oil |
3 | tb | Malt or cider vinegar |
1 1/2 | ts | Poppy seeds |
1 | ts | Granulated sugar, or honey |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
In a large bowl, arrange greens, strawberries, kiwifruit and avocado.
Poppy Seed Dressing: in small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, poppy seeds, sugar and pepper.
Pour dressing over lettuce mixture and toss. Sprinkle blueberries over top
