Title: Peanut Garlic Marinade

3/4 | c | Chicken broth |
1/4 | c | Peanut butter |
4 | ts | Garlic; minced |
3 | tb | Lemon juice |
1 | tb | Brown sugar |
| | Cayenne pepper |
2 1/2 | lb | Chicken parts |
Put broth, peanut butter, garlic, lemon juice and sugar in the blender.
Blend smooth and add cayenne to taste. Arrange chicken parts in a large
shallow baking dish and pour over marinade. Turn once and refrigerate,
covered. Bring to room temp before baking. Bake uncovered, at 350 for about
1 hour. Serves 4 to 5 as a dinner entree.
