Title: Sherry Marinade

Yield: 1 Servings
1/2 | c | Cream sherry* |
1/2 | c | Soy sauce |
1 | c | Water |
1/3 | c | Honey |
2 | Garlic cloves, minced | |
pn | Red pepper flakes, optional |
Combine all ingredients until well blended. Before add to the meat, stir well to be sure honey is combined with other ingredients and has not settled to bottom. Its a good idea to stir while marinating for the same reason. Yield: 2 cups.
*To substitute dry sherry for cream sherry, increase the honey to 1/2 cup.
