Title: Barbecue Sauce with Horseradish

Yield: 1 Servings
1 | c | Butter, melted |
1/3 | c | Fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons) |
1/2 | c | Cider vinegar |
1/2 | c | Catsup |
2 | ts | Worcestershir sauce |
2 | tb | Freshly grated or 1/3 c prepared horseradish |
Salt and freshly ground pepper |
Combine all ingredients in a nonaluminum saucepan and bring just to boil. Lower heat immediately and simmer for 15 minutes before using. Yield: Enough for two 3-pound chickens or 4 to 5 pounds ribs.
