Title: Marinade for Beef Steaks

3/4 | c | Olive oil |
1/4 | c | Balsamic vinegar |
2 | tb | Soy sauce |
Juice of 1 lemon | ||
2 | tb | Worcestershire sauce |
2 | Garlic cloves, minced | |
1 | tb | Dry mustard |
1 | ts | Chopped parsley |
Freshly ground pepper |
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Marinate beef at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours before grilling.
Yield: Enough for four 1-pound steaks.
