Title: Lemon Marinade.

15 ml 1 tbsp sunflower oil. 1 Clove garlic, crushed. Juice of half a lemon. Ground black pepper. 30 ml 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs, or 2,5 ml half tsp dried mixed herbs.
Mix all ingredients together. Leave to marinade for at least half an hour.
Cook over a barbecue, under the grill or in the oven at 200 c, 400 f, gas 6.
VARIATION
Try spices instead of the herbs.
