Title: Quick Tartar Sauce for Chicken or Fish

Yield: 1 Servings
1 | c | Mayonnaise |
3 | Sweet pickles, finely chopped | |
1 | tb | Fresh parsley, chopped |
1 | Hard-boiled eggs, chopped | |
1 | tb | White wine vinegar |
* Use only real mayonnaise.
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients. Cover tightly and chill.
Serving Ideas : Serve with fish or cold baked chicken.
