3/4 | c | Milk |
1 | | Egg |
1/4 | c | Veg. oil |
1/4 | c | Honey |
1/4 | c | Brown Sugar; firmly packed |
1 | c | Quick-cooking oats; uncooked |
2/3 | c | Flour |
1 | tb | Baking powder |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
Combine cereal and milk in a med. bowl; let stand 15 min. Add next 4
ingred., stirring well. Combine remaining ingred. in a lg. bowl; make a
well in center of mixture. Add liquid mixture to dry ingred.; stir just til
moistened. Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 400
for 15 min. Yield: 1 dozen
