MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. BATTER WILL BE LUMPY. FILL TINS ABOUT 1/2 FULL. BAKE UNTILL LIGHT BROWN, ABOUT 15 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM TINS IMMEDIATELY. GLAZE IF DESIRED WITH MIXTURE OF 3/4 C POWDERED SUGAR AND 1 TBSP + 1 TSP WATER. OVEN TEMPERATURE 400 DEGREES.
