Title: French Breakfast Muffins

1 1/2cFlour
2tbFlour
3/4cSugar
2tsBaking powder
1/4tsSalt
1/4tsGround nutmeg
1/2cMilk
1 Egg, beaten
1/3cButter, melted
1tsGround cinnamon
1/2cSugar
1/2tsVanilla extract
1/3cButter, melted

Combine first five ingredients. Add milk, egg and 1/3 cup melted butter. Mix thoroughly. Grease and flour small muffin tins. Fill 1/2 full and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from pan immediately and dip in remaining 1/3 cup melted butter and roll in a mixture of the sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Serve warm.
