1 1/2 | c | Flour |
2 | tb | Flour |
3/4 | c | Sugar |
2 | ts | Baking powder |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Ground nutmeg |
1/2 | c | Milk |
1 | | Egg, beaten |
1/3 | c | Butter, melted |
1 | ts | Ground cinnamon |
1/2 | c | Sugar |
1/2 | ts | Vanilla extract |
1/3 | c | Butter, melted |
Combine first five ingredients. Add milk, egg and 1/3 cup melted butter.
Mix thoroughly. Grease and flour small muffin tins. Fill 1/2 full and bake
at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from pan
immediately and dip in remaining 1/3 cup melted butter and roll in a
mixture of the sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Serve warm.
