1/2 | c | Regular flour |
1/2 | c | Brown sugar |
1 | ts | Baking powder |
1 | ts | Baking soda |
1/2 | ts | Nutmeg |
1 | ts | Cinnamon |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
2 | tb | Oil or Applesauce for LoFat |
1 | | Egg or 2 eggwhites |
1/4 | c | Skim milk |
1 | c | Grated carrot |
1 | cn | 8oz crushed pineapple w/juic |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flours, sugar, baking powder, baking soda,
and seasonings in a bowl. In a separate bowl mix together oil, egg, milk,
carrots and pineapple with juice. Pour egg mixture into flour mixture and
mix together. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes
