Title: Banana-Bran Muffins

1 | c | Whole wheat flour |
1 | c | Wheat bran |
1 | tb | Baking powder |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
4 | Bananas | |
Skim milk | ||
1 | Egg equivalent | |
2 | tb | Sugar; or honey |
Mix dry ingredients. Mash bananas and add enough skim milk to make 1.5 cups total. Add egg to bananas. Pour wet over dry ingredients and stir just until mixed. Spoon into 12 lightly greased/pammed muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from cups while still hot.
