Title: Oat-Bran Raisin Muffins

2 1/4 | c | Oat bran |
1/4 | c | Brown sugar |
2 | ts | Baking powder |
1 1/2 | ts | Ground ginger |
1/4 | ts | Black pepper |
1/2 | c | Raisins |
1/2 | c | Walnuts OR raisins OR other |
Fruit or nuts | ||
Egg equivalent | ||
1/4 | c | Honey |
3/4 | c | Warm skim milk or non-dairy |

Mix wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls. Combine and let set 10 minutes. Pour into lightly greased/pammed muffin tins. Bake at 375 degrees 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
