2 | c | Sugar |
2 | Eggs | |
4 | c | Flour |
3 | ts | Cinnamon |
2 | ts | Ground cloves |
2 | ts | Allspice |
2 | ts | Baking soda |
2 | c | Applesauce |
1 | c | Pecans; chopped |
1 | c | Raisins |
Preheat oven to 400~. Cream butter and sugar in lg. bowl. Add eggs and mix well. Sift all dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture alternately with applesauce. Add pecans and raisins. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full and bake for 15 mins. Batter may be stored in the frig for up to 6 weeks.
