250 | g | Flour |
1 | tb | Baking powder |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
150 | g | Sugar .PP |
1 | | Egg, beaten |
75 | g | Butter, melted |
110 | ml | Milk .PP |
1 | tb | Grated lemon rind |
1 1/2 | c | Kiwis, peeled and chopped |
120 | g | Walnuts, chopped |
1. Preheat oven to 200 øC . 2. Sift together the first 4 ingredients. Stir
in the egg, butter, and milk, just until moistened. 3. Fold in the lemon
rind, kiwis, and nuts. Fill paper-lined muffin tins full, and bake
approximately 20 minutes. Difficulty
