Title: Kiwi Muffins

250gFlour
1tbBaking powder
1/2tsSalt
150gSugar .PP
1 Egg, beaten
75gButter, melted
110mlMilk .PP
1tbGrated lemon rind
1 1/2cKiwis, peeled and chopped
120gWalnuts, chopped

1. Preheat oven to 200 øC . 2. Sift together the first 4 ingredients. Stir in the egg, butter, and milk, just until moistened. 3. Fold in the lemon rind, kiwis, and nuts.
