Title: Spiced Cranberry-Orange Mold

Yield: 10 Servings

  Sugar free gelatin
1 1/2cBoiling water
1 1/2cFresh cranberries, chopped
1 Packet sugar substitute
1cCold water
1tbLemon juice
1/4tsGround cinnamon
1 Orange, sectioned diced

Dissolve sugar free gelatin completly in boiling eater in large bowl. Stir in chopped fresh cranberries mixed with 1 package sugar substitute, cold water, lemon juice and cinnamon. Refrigerate about 1-1/2 hours or until thickened.

Stir in orange. Spoon into 5-cup mold. Refrigerate about 4 hours or until firm. Unmold; garnish as desired.
