Title: Spiced Cranberry-Orange Mold

Sugar free gelatin | ||
1 1/2 | c | Boiling water |
1 1/2 | c | Fresh cranberries, chopped |
1 | Packet sugar substitute | |
1 | c | Cold water |
1 | tb | Lemon juice |
1/4 | ts | Ground cinnamon |
1 | Orange, sectioned diced |
Dissolve sugar free gelatin completly in boiling eater in large bowl. Stir in chopped fresh cranberries mixed with 1 package sugar substitute, cold water, lemon juice and cinnamon. Refrigerate about 1-1/2 hours or until thickened.
Stir in orange. Spoon into 5-cup mold. Refrigerate about 4 hours or until firm. Unmold; garnish as desired.
