Title: Fiesta Fish and Pasta

11 1/2 | oz | Pkg frozen fish portions |
16 | oz | Can stewed tomatoes, cut up |
2 | ts | Chili powder |
1/4 | c | Shredded Cheddar cheese |
1 | c | Tiny shell macaroni |
1/2 | c | Chopped onion |
1/4 | ts | Garlic salt |
1 | ds | Parsley (opt) |
Let frozen fish stand at room temp for 20 minutes to thaw. Meanwhile, cook macaroni according to directions; drain well. For sauce, in a med saucepan stir together undrained tomatoes, onion, chili powder, and garlic salt. Stir in cooked macaroni. Then, bring mixture just to boiling. Pour sauce into 4 individual casseroles or 10x6x2" baking dish. Place fish portions atop the sauce. Spoon some of the sauce over fish. Bake, covered, in 350 deg oven for 30-40 minutes or till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Uncover and sprinkle cheese over fish. Bake 5 minutes more or till chese melts. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
