Title: Salmon Loaves

| | Slightly beaten Egg White |
1/4 | c | Thinly sliced green onions |
1/4 | ts | Dried dillweed |
1/2 | c | Soft bread crumbs |
1 | tb | Skim milk |
7 1/2 | oz | Can salmon, drained, flaked |
1 to 2 T reduced calorie creamy cucumber salad dressing
In a medium mixing bowl stir together egg white, bread crumbs, green
onion, skim milk, and dillweed. Stir in salmon. Spray a shallow baking dish
with nonstick spray coating. Divide salmon mixture in half. Shape each half
into a 4x2" loaf. Place loaves in baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350 deg oven for 20-25 minutes or till heated
through and lightly browned.
To serve, drizzle some of the salad dressing over each loaf. MICROWAVE
DIRECTIONS:
Prepare loaves as above, except place loaves in a shallow microwave-safe
baking dish. Microwave, covered with wax paper, on 100% power (high) 3-4
minutes or till heated through. Rotate dish a half turn once.

mg cholesterol, 195 mg sodium, 425 mg potassium.
